Under this program, we deliver tennis exclusively to the school student during their PE periods. Our school tennis programs focuses on self-esteem, physical fitness, discipline and good sportsmanship. Through tennis skills we teach them different life skills.
We will be taking kids under the age of 6 years in this group. In this program our main focus will be on developing a kid’s interest towards the game, by putting them into lots of fun involving activities.
This is the program where we start talking about the basics of tennis strokes play. During this program we will be working on drills related to developing ball sense and eye-hand-ball co-ordination. Our main focus will be on building up a strong technical base of the kids and keeping them motivated towards the game.
In this program we will start working on the basic footwork patterns of all the tennis strokes. Players will start playing live rallies and practice matches also. In this program we will introduce some fitness training also to the players.
Our main aim with this group’s players will be to prepare them to play tournaments. We will work on developing a particular game style (counterpuncher, aggressive baseliner, all court or serve and volley) according to the individual player. We will be preparing all the players in this batch to be mentally strong enough to compete against higher ranks and established players. Our focus will be on live drills, strategy development, and match play. With these players we will be dedicating a separate time slot to work on all the aspects of physical fitness training like endurance, speed, agility, co-ordination, balance, flexibility, strength etc.
